Payment and Deposits $350 or full payment of your program fees will secure each trip space that you request. To maintain our personal group size all trips are fully non-refundable after 90 days prior to departure. Final payment must be received no later than 90 days before your departure. Cancellations and Refunds
If you must cancel from your scheduled program, you may apply a portion of your fees for any other available HeroQuest within 1 year, subject to a transfer fee of no less than $350. Prior to 90 days from departure, a partial refund of your program fees is available. In these cases, we will apply a processing fee of no less than $350 for any trip cancelled more than 90 days prior to departure. Absolutely no refund requests will be considered after 90 days prior to departure.
