Registration Information

ARE THEY HARD? Our wilderness adventures can be enjoyed by any active person in good health and are appropriate for novice participants unless noted. Please contact us if you are concerned about your ability to participate.

WHAT TO BRING? Upon our receiving your enrollment application, you will receive an enrollment package for your specific trip, detailing your equipment, food and clothing needs. You are responsible to provide your own transportation to trailheads, however, InnerQuest will facilitate coordination of carpools, lake ferries, river shuttles, and pack animal services when available. You will be liable for all transportation costs and risks unless stated.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS. $150 or full payment of your program fees will secure each trip space that you request. To maintain our personal group size all trips are fully non-refundable after 30 days prior to departure. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days before your departure. Payment plans are available for all trips. Hard times? We're friendly! Ask us how we can help make it work for you.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS. If you must cancel from your scheduled program, you may apply the full value of ypur fees for any other available trip date. Prior to 30 days from departure, a partial refund of your program fees is available. In these cases, we will apply a processing fee of no less than $150for any trip cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure. Absolutely no refund requests will be considered after 30 days prior to departure.
